DAY ONE
An early flight gets the group to Nice Airport for 11am, where a luxury private coach meets you and transfers you to four-star hotel on the Italian Riviera, where lunch awaits. Teams are given a short assignment to prepare for the meetings tomorrow, but the rest of the day is given over to free time, allowing your group to explore Sanremo, or just to bond socially over drinks and dinner in one of the town's many restaurants.
DAY TWO: MORNING
After breakfast at the hotel, the group convenes in your dedicated meeting room for team presentations based on the assignments from the day before. Company business and targets are discussed.
A buffet lunch with regional specialities is served in the hotel garden.
DAY TWO: AFTERNOON
One more meeting this afternoon, but in a very special location: the medieval castle towering above a charming town has been prepared for your final session. This ancient setting is the perfect way to get the team "thinking outside the box" as you brainstorm for creative directions for the company to take. A motivational speaker addresses the group.
The town, Dolceacqua, is a wine-producing gem, so the late afternoon includes wine-tasting with an artisanal producer followed by dinner in a local restaurant, and coach transfers back to Sanremo.
DAY THREE
After breakfast, there is one last company discussion before your private coach returns you to Nice Airport. Participants arrive home with plenty of time to catch up on their work and draft notes on the outcomes of the retreat.
