DAY ONE
An early start for participants has the group arriving at Nice Airport for noon. A private luxury coach takes you to a waterfront seafood restaurant in the French resort town of Villefranche-sur-Mer for lunch, before continuing to your four-star hotel in Sanremo on the Italian Riviera.
The late afternoon allows time for a 90-minute company meeting on the objectives for your retreat, before aperitivo drinks and dinner in the hotel.
DAY TWO: MORNING
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then regroup in meeting room where your company reviews performance and targets, and sets priorities for the coming financial year.
A buffet lunch with regional specialities is served on the terrace overlooking the hotel's swimming pool and the Mediterranean Sea.
DAY TWO: AFTERNOON
After lunch, participants can choose to participate in a land excursion or a sea trip. Energetic land folk will be taken on a moderate guided hike of the Ligurian hills, through olive groves and medieval stone villages with commanding views. For the sea-lovers, a boat excursion on the Ligurian Sea offers views of the coast and, with luck, the chance to spot dolphins and whales. Dinner is in Sanremo, with the chance to visit the casino later for those who still have energy.
DAY THREE
After breakfast, your company's strategic meetings continue. Managers have until noon to finalise decisions and reach agreements, before an a la carte lunch in the hotel. Your private coach returns you to Nice airport for flights home in time for dinner.
